I’m Debra Foster Mayo, often referred to as Debra, Debbie, Nurse Deb, or even Miss Deb, depending on when and where you know me from. It seemed best to introduce myself here as ‘Deb’ and keep it simple.
Through prayer and goal planning, I realized one goal in this phase of my life is to “share what I know.” As God revealed this blog idea to me, I knew in faith to follow it. God’s reminder to seek and study “Whatever is Lovely,” from Philippians 4:8, became the obvious foundation choice for this blog, especially when we can be easily overwhelmed with worldly stressors.
